At Bluedeep, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible.

CONFIRMATION:

1. All orders are able to ship within USA.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you (the email used to place the order) once the order is authorized and verified.
3. We will be preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

SHIPPING COST:

Free shipping for DK120 and DK145 to all states in the United States

Shipping cost will charge according to the shipping address for DK220 and DK320.

PROCESSING:

Normally it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. This may vary depending on online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging and order delivery. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

SHIPPING:

1. Once your order is dispatched, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.
2. Standard shipping time: Estimated to be delivered in 5-8 business days. Please allow 2-4 days delay for remote area.
3. Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
4. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
5. We use UPS, EMS and DHL to ship your order in a very sealed manner.

      Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
