Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days in the event that We ship the Goods in error or the Goods are defective.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement with Your Name, Order Number and the reason for the return request. You can inform Us of Your decision by email: support@blvedeep.com.
If We agree to Your return request, You will receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) and the correct address for the returned Goods.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. The return money will arrive in your account in around 7-25 business day.

Please note that if the item crashes during transportation, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if there are no problems with the returned goods, you will need to pay for shipping.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
